Banana peanut butter smoothie
- 4 bananas
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar or honey
- 2-3 cups cold water or ice
Place all the ingredients into the Vitamix blender and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!

Mango, beet and passionfruit and smoothie
- 1 ripe mango
- ½ small sugarbeet
- 1 passionfruit
- 1 cup cold water or ice
- Place all ingredients in the Vitamix and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
