Free-range meat & dairy
Meat, eggs, and dairy products come from farm animals that are free to roam in the farm, are not fed
with hormones and artificial animal feeds.

Refers to foods that are low in calories and high in nutrients. Superfoods include most fruits and
vegetables as well as kefir, yogurt, cacao, spirulina, and salmon. Berries are considered one of the best types of fruits because they are high in antioxidants.

Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for the health, specially the digestive system.
Probiotics are often called the “good” bacteria because they help keep the gut healthy and help balance the good and bad bacteria.

A gluten-free diet is a diet that excludes the protein gluten. Gluten is found in grains such as wheat,
rye, barley and a cross between rye and barley called triticale. A gluten-free diet is recommended to those with celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity.

Paleo diet
Paleo diet is also know as caveman’s diet, primal diet, or stone-age diet. It consist of fresh vegetables,
fruits, roots, nuts, wild fish, free-range poultry and grass-fed meat. It excludes all grains, legumes, dairy products, refined sugars and processed oils.

Slow juices
Enzyme packed juices extracted using a slow juicer. Juicing will help to “pre-digest” fruits and
vegetables. Therefore, most of the nutrition is absorbed by the body within minutes over eating the fruit or vegetable.

NON-GMOs or “NON-genetically modified organisms”
Are organisms whose genetic materials have not been artificially manipulated in a laboratory trough
genetic engineering; this creates stable combination of plant, animal, bacteria and viral genes.
